Nebyu Yohannes
Nebyu Yohannes is a young trombonist, composer and arranger, quickly emerging through the ranks as one of Toronto’s finest young musicians. In his final year at Humber College, Nebyu is already active on the scene, playing as a side man throughout the city and spearheading his own project, the Nebyu Yohannes Sextet. Throughout the course of Nebyu's career, he's had the privilege of playing alongside notable artists such as Joe Lovano, John Scolfield, Donny McCaslin, Larry Goldings, Martha Reeves, Michael McDonald, Mike Stern, Jason Marsalis, and Take 6.
