Our diverse independent artists in the Metropolis community collaborate to create each site-specific Biophony event using a self-organizing digital platform and present flexible musical works for any combination of instruments at a variety of scales.

Meet the artists

Producing immersive musical adventures

Biophony events are free, accessible, and “pandemic proof” experiences that draw thousands of participants to unexpected areas in the city that are rarely offered new music, uniting neighbors and artists together in locally-relevant spaces.
