Located under the elevated 7 train along Queens Boulevard at 40th Street (Lowery Plaza) and 46th Street (Bliss Plaza), both plazas are managed by Sunnyside Shines and a part of the NYC Department of Transportation’s Plaza Program. The plazas consist of colorful plantings, tables and chairs, making them ideal places to meet friends, enjoy an outdoor lunch or watch the world go by.
