I am an artist, a mother, a human being. Creating within the context of ceremony is my life's work. I strive to create from within, in all the possible forms. My main medium is music; I play saxophone, sing, and compose. I also draw, paint, sculpt, and make things. I tend to a garden and to myself. I believe in intimacy in all its forms.
My areas of study are methods created by Virginia Satir & Lise Bourbeau; I also study astrology. Art is my offering to life. It is my antidote to pain and wounds. It's the best way I have to accept myself.
